This official account deletion page applies to the Taskhub Connect mobile and web applications, published by TaskHub Technologies Ltd. on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Types of Data Permanently Deleted

  • Personal Profile: Full name, email, phone number, bio, avatar, and address
  • Identity Verification: KYC records and provider session references stored in Taskhub's active databases
  • Task & Activity Data: All active/pending task postings, bids, and chat conversations
  • Credentials & Tokens: Device session tokens, push notification IDs, and authentication credentials

Types of Data Retained & Retention Period

  • Financial & Escrow Records: Completed transaction logs, payment histories, and escrow receipts required for tax and financial auditing
  • Regulatory Compliance: Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) records required by Nigerian financial regulations (NDPR / CBN guidelines)
  • Verification Providers: Didit or QoreID may retain provider-held records when required by their policies or applicable law
  • Retention Period: De-identified records are kept only for the period required by applicable financial, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations
Method 1 (Fastest)

Delete Inside the Mobile App

If you have Taskhub Connect installed, you can permanently delete your account from Settings:

  1. 1Open Taskhub Connect and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3Tap Settings.
  4. 4Scroll down to the Account Actions section and select Delete Account.
  5. 5Re-authenticate, type DELETE, and confirm. Linked client and tasker roles are deleted together.
Permanent deletion and session termination after required safety checks.
